Description
Halo Labs is a fast-growing life science tools company developing and selling the best optical particle analysis platform currently available. The objective of the position is focused on assembly and set up of the Aura instrument as well as any other new instrument platforms. It includes hardware assembly, software installation, instrument and computer as well as packaging. This position will be located at our office in Burlingame, CA.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and has great attention for detail but is also flexible to roll with a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Essential job functions
• Hardware assembly of the Aura instrument according to build plans
• Instrument and computer setup
• Packing of instruments, accessories and other consumables for shipping
• Adhere to all manufacturing procedures, SOP’s and work instructions
• Accurately complete all necessary manufacturing documentation
• Process work orders in NetSuite
• Incoming inspection of parts
• Shipping and receiving activities as needed

Qualifications
• 3 – 4 years’ experience in a Life Science Manufacturing environment
• High School Diploma required, Associates Degree a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office required
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks according to goals and company needs
• Ability to work in a team and cross-functionally
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to use small hand and power tools
• Work will require some lifting of equipment weighing from 30- 50 pounds
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• No visa sponsorship available
