This is our first virtual course to demonstrate the easy usability of performing high throughput, low volume subvisible particle analysis on the Aura system, including our propriety software, Particle Vue. After this training, users should be able to easily load samples, and image, count, and size subvisible particles using Backgrounded Membrane Imaging (BMI).

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the principle behind Backgrounded Membrane Imaging which powers Aura
  • Familiarity with data outputs: images, counts, size distributions, and summary tables
  • Learn best practices for sample preparation and instrument use
