Aura CL™ system couples Fluorescent Membrane Microscopy (FMM) and Backgrounded Membrane Imaging (BMI) to help you understand what’s in your cell therapy. It detects, counts, sizes, and IDs cellular aggregates and subvisible particles and ID’s cellular from other particles without any machine learning so you can maximize the purity, safety, and efficacy of your therapeutic.
Don’t rely on unreliable morphology, spectroscopy, or complex machine learning libraries to figure out what’s in your sample. Specifically label your particles or aggregates of interest with fluorescent dyes or antibodies and know what is cell vs. non-cell and what is protein vs. non-protein, even in complex samples.
